1 Month prior to the Wedding
- Do an RSVP tally
- Contact the guests who haven't RSVP'd.
- Finalise menu with your caterer, and details with your reception site.
- Attend final fittings for the entire wedding party.
- Purchase gifts for bridal party, family etc (don't forget to wrap them).
- Confirm hair and make-up appointments.
- Rehearsal dates with celebrant and ceremony site.
- Plan the seating arrangements and placement cards for the reception.
2 Weeks prior to the Wedding
- Confirm travel arrangements for your out of town guests.
- Finalise details of your rehearsal and rehearsal dinner
- Finalise song choices and details for ceremony and reception with Musicians and/or DJ).
- Finalise details with your photographer / videographer.
- Finalise details with your wedding cake baker.
- Finalise detail and set-up times with your florist.
- Finalise details and set-up times with your decorator.
